About the Program
This program bridges the gap between mental health treatment and the justice system. We serve individuals navigating probation, parole, diversion programs, or correctional reentry by offering integrated clinical care, education, and recovery support.
Mission: To provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health and addiction counseling that promotes rehabilitation, accountability, and holistic wellbeing.

• Assessment & Intake: Biopsychosocial evaluation, risk assessment (violence, suicide, relapse), PHQ-9, GAD-7, ASI, BIMS.
• Individual Counseling: Depression, anxiety, trauma, relapse prevention, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Supportive Therapy.
• Group Counseling (Virtual or Hybrid): Anger management, relapse prevention, stress management, life skills and reentry adjustment.
• Orientation & Psychoeducation: Substance use education, emotional regulation, mental health literacy, family education/support groups.
• Case Management & Referrals: Assistance with housing, employment, medical care, and coordination with probation/parole officers and attorneys.
• Consultation & Reporting: Court and probation progress reports (with consent), legal updates, and documentation compliance.
